The City of Miami is seeking sealed bids for the demolition of old shop bay building , stamped engineering drawings, construction of metal shop bay building and new roof on south building located at 815 D NE in Miami OK. The demolition will be on a building that is 40' x 100' with an approximate sized 30' x 12' awning. The replacement building will be 40' x 100' with an approximate 100' x 12' awning attached to north side of building. The new roof on south building will be 60' 4" +/- Width x 120' 4" +/- Length.

Bidder must supply stamped engineering drawings to meet specifications of C23-43 as provided herein.

 Award will be based on quality of work and materials, lowest cost, and completion time estimate.
