NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Krista Duhon, Purchasing Agent for the City of Miami, Oklahoma and the Miami Special Utility Authority (MSUA) will receive sealed bids until 2 p.m. CST, July 20th, 2022, for the following goods/services. All bids duly received by the appropriate date and time will be opened in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located at Miami City Hall, 129 5th Ave. NW, Miami, OK. Staff will evaluate response and present their recommendation to the City Council and the MSUA for their consideration and approval.
ANNUAL (6-month) BID FOR “AS NEEDED” CONCRETE MATERIAL SUPPLY (C22-39)
Project Details: The City of Miami is seeking sealed bids for non-exclusive, as-needed CONCRETE MATERIAL for all facilities owned or within the control of the City of Miami and any of its affiliated entities, including but not limited to the Miami Special Utility Authority.
Bids should be stated in terms of cost per ton. There are no guaranteed quantities to be purchased. All CONCRETE MATERIAL will be purchased on an “as needed” basis.
SMALL BUSINESS AND MINORITY BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO BID
BID ENVELOPES SHALL BE CLEARLY MARKED “SEALED BID” WITH THE BIDDER’S NAME & "C22-39" CLEARLY SHOWN ON FRONT OF ENVELOPE.
The City Council and MSUA reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
Any bid received after the time set for the opening of bids, shall not be considered by the awarding agency, and shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting same.
