The Miami Special Utility Authority of the City of Miami, Oklahoma (MSUA) will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., central time, Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at the office of the Purchasing Agent, where all bids will be publicly opened and all bid prices read aloud for furnishing all materials, equipment, services, and labor for "SCADA Integration, Power Substations, Miami, Oklahoma – (C20-66)"

The City of Miami, Oklahoma/Miami Special Utility Authority (MSUA) is currently accepting sealed bids for the integration of a SEL-based power delivery SCADA system for multiple locations.

Envelopes containing the bids shall be sealed and must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders.  The security shall be made payable to the Purchasing Agent, Miami, Oklahoma, as security that the bidder to whom the award is made will enter into a contract to furnish the equipment bid upon and furnish the required bond.  The envelope containing the bid and security shall be marked as follows:

No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for bid opening, except as otherwise permitted by law.  Only firm (non-escalating) bids will be allowed.

The successful bidder(s) shall supply the following Bonds, each executed by a corporate surety licensed in the State of Oklahoma in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price as part of his contract: a Performance Bond, a Statutory (Payment) Bond, and a Maintenance Bond.

The MSUA/City of Miami reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to reject specific portions of the Work (as described below) of the bidder’s bid which MSUA/City of Miami may elect to self-perform and to waive informalities in bids submitted.  

Any bids received after the time set for the opening of bids, shall not be considered by the awarding authority, and shall be returned unopened to the proposer submitting same.
