  • Guilty - To admit to having committed an offense as charged.
  • Not Guilty - To state that you did not commit the offense you have been charged with. You will be given a new court date on a disposition docket to discuss your case with the prosecuting attorney.
  • No Contest - In the case of a traffic ticket, the legal effect of a “no contest” plea is the same as that of a guilty plea, however, a “no contest” plea may not be used against you as an admission of guilt in any civil suit that may arise.
