[ARCHIVED] COLEMAN THEATRE PRESENTS THE WORLD FAMOUS PLATTERS

Known as the most romantic vocal group of the 50's and 60's, the Platters had their first hit in 1955 with "Only You." Immediately following was their number one song "The Great Pretender." "The Magic Touch" reached the Top 5 in 1956, and soon after came another number one hit, "My Prayer", which stayed at the top of the charts for five weeks. Relive the romance with other favorites such as "Red Sails in the Sunset", "I'm Sorry", "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes" and many more.

Enjoy great group performances by Andra Sheppard, Yolanda Fletcher, Eddie Stovall, Willie Nash, and Lawrence "Rooster" Lockard.

Ticket prices are $24 for Premium Seating, $20 for Adults and $18 for Seniors and Students. A $1 preservation fee will be added to each ticket. In addition a $1 handling fee will be added to phone orders.
