Spoonbill fishing season in Miami is unique and generates a tremendous amount of tax revenue from out-of-town visitors. Miami is known as the “Spoonbill Capital of Oklahoma.” The Neosho River in Miami is one of the few places you can fish from the bank. The sport has become a family tradition.
