NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Krista Duhon, Purchasing Agent for the City of Miami, Oklahoma and the Miami Special Utility Authority (MSUA), will receive sealed bids until 9:00 A.M. CST, Tuesday, June 19, 2018 for the following goods/services. All bids that have been duly received by the appropriate date and time will be opened in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located in the Miami City Hall, 129 5th Ave. NW, Miami, OK. Staff will evaluate response and present their recommendation to the City Council and the MSUA for their consideration and approval.

PROPOSALS SHALL BE CLEARLY MARKED “SEALED BID” WITH THE APPROPRIATE CONTRACT NUMBER AND BIDDER’S NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE FRONT OF THE ENVELOPE.
(SMALL BUSINESS AND MINORITY BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO BID)
The City Council and MSUA reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Any bid received after the time set for the opening of bids, shall not be considered by the awarding agency, and shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting same.
